How To Manage Your Dopamine System

The best way to manage your dopamine system is by making sure that your goals are achievable yet challenging enough so that they will provide adequate motivation for you to keep going until completion. Additionally, breaking down your long-term goals into smaller tasks will help keep your focus on those goals without feeling overwhelmed or discouraged when faced with large projects or daunting challenges ahead. Finally, make sure that each task has an end point so that there is always something at the end for which you can work towards – this will ensure adequate rewards along the way which will help motivate you throughout each step of your journey!

 

With an understanding of how our brains work and how our dopamine systems affect us every day comes greater control over how we think and act – especially when it comes to setting goals and staying motivated in order to achieve them!
